Helpful Tips for Terrace Clinic Appointments

Every patient is encouraged to familiarise themselves with our current practice policies. This helps ensure your visit runs smoothly and aligns with clinic guidelines.

APPOINTMENTS

Please ring (08) 8632 6700 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

HOUSE CALLS

Home visits are available (strict conditions apply). Unless the matter is urgent, it is helpful if we have at least 48 hours' notice to attend to your request.

AFTER-HOURS CARE

If you require emergency treatment, please contact 000. Patients are also encouraged to phone 13SICK (137 425) should they require a GP after hours.

TELEPHONE CALLS

Doctors can be contacted, when available, during usual practice hours. A message can be left with the reception staff when the doctor is not available, or you can speak with the practice nurse.

FEES & PAYMENT

We operate under the Medicare “Bulk Billing” System. There are no additional fees for patients under Medicare for eligible services. To be bulk billed, it is essential that you bring your current Medicare card with you. Please also present any pension or concession cards you may have.
